Space planning and development of design concepts for the layout of your bespoke furniture.

Once we have the initial design concept in place, it will be emailed to you in PDF format. Our 3D renders will give you the look and feel of the finished space.

DESIGN WORK

  • Itemised and Dimensioned Floor Plan
  • Wall Elevations
  • Photorealistic 3D Colour Renders of Final Design (From Multiple Views, Depending on the Complexity of The Project)
  • 1 Revision Included (we will amend the plan once with as many changes as you require)

TIMELINE

2-3 weeks from Home Consultation to Emailing the PDF presentation of the concept design

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%

Full payment required before commencement of each stage

Additional Site Visits or Design Work exceeding those quoted are charged at a rate of €150 per hour
