SCOPE OF WORK

Space planning and development of design concepts for the layout for the following rooms:

Kitchen

2 x Bathrooms

Once we have the initial design concept in place, it will be emailed to you in PDF format. Our 3D renders will give you the look and feel of the finished space.

DESIGN WORK

  • Itemised and Dimensioned Floor Plan for Each Room Listed
  • Wall Elevations for Each Room Listed
  • 4+ Photorealistic 3D Colour Renders of Final Design (From Multiple Views, Depending on the Complexity of The Project) for Each Room Listed
  • 1 Revision Included (we will amend the plan once with as many changes as you require) for Each Room Listed

TIMELINE

2-3 weeks from Home Consultation to Emailing the PDF presentation of the concept design

FEES FOR THIS PHASE

€1,050

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are inclusive of VAT at 23%

Full payment required before commencement of each stage

Additional Site Visits or Design Work exceeding those quoted are charged at a rate of €150 per hour
